We provide access to CRM software, marketing automation, messaging, calling, booking, funnel, and website tools.

Services are provided “as is” and may be modified at any time.

2. Role of the Company

We act as:

A technology and service provider

A data processor on behalf of our Clients

We are not responsible for our Clients’ businesses, offers, or marketing practices.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users and Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information

Maintain account security

Control access credentials

Use services lawfully

4. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You may not use the services for:

Spam or unsolicited communications

Illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity

Harassment or abusive content

Violations of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Client Data

Clients retain ownership of all data submitted to the platform.
We are authorised to process such data solely to provide services.

6. Billing & Payments

Where applicable:

Fees are billed on a subscription basis

Usage-based charges may apply

Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Non-payment may result in suspension

7. Cancellation & Termination

Accounts may be cancelled at any time. Upon termination:

Access to services will cease

Data may be deleted after a retention period

Outstanding balances remain payable

8. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, workflows, and templates are the intellectual property of and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless from claims arising from:

Your use of the services

Your communications or marketing activities

Violations of applicable laws

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England, GB, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
